This renovation of the Mollymook Beach house has been completed in 2017.

The existing lay-out and atmosphere of this property was very dated and not functional for today’s lifestyle.

The owners requested our assistance and discussed the definition of the project. The           brief was to transform the existing lay-out into a more sophisticated coastal interior. Kitsdesign works very closely with the owners throughout the renovation to establish a functional relationship between the areas. The new design offers a lovely coastal beach house interior with a  second bathroom and lovely guest bedroom downstairs. A combination of new and restored furniture resulted into a sophisticated coastal home.
