The clients requested a renovation of a small 2-bedroom unit in Mollymook.                        The scope of work was to transfer the somewhat dated interior and lay-out into a modern and fun holiday accommodation with a touch of sophistication.

Stage 1 was to remove all flooring, curtains and light fittings and selected a paint colour palette that provides the space with more natural light. 

In stage 2 we added new carpet in the lounge and bedrooms, a refurbished kitchen, a bathroom and smart window dressings to enhance the new interior.

With new furniture throughout and adding appropriate light fittings  this small but gorgeous holiday accommodation became a favourite destination on the South Coast of NSW.

BEFORE

The 1st floorpan reflects a lay-out that opens up the space totally and move the kitchen to the back wall to create a more usable dining space, but the renovation costs where too significant and therefore it has been decided to leave the kitchen in the same position and give it a well deserved make-over.
