The purpose of this renovation was to give the interior and exterior a new fresh look and feel.

The position of this residential home is perfect, with on one side a view if the lake and on the other side the beachfront.

The existing furniture was no longer suitable and over time the different styles didn’t work together. With new curtains, light fittings, furniture for dining and lounge area and a light paint colour scheme, the living areas transformed into a contemporary modern interior.

The construction is part of stage 2 and the proposal was to open the kitchen area to a new large outdoor deck and garden and transform a small bedroom to a large bathroom with additional storage.

The laundry, including a second toilet and shower, is a seperate building and was part of the renovation project.

The new extension will provide the family more space to enjoy the improved lay-out and increased outdoor entertainment area.

Stage 3 is to convert the large yard into a manageable garden with enough space for outdoor dining and entertaining. One of the requirements is to create an area where the grand-kids can run around and play safely within the boundaries.
