“On the promenade” is a new development in Batemans Bay NSW 2536, completed in December 2018.
The top 2 units, which are the penthouses, are part of this 12 unit complex.
The 2 top units provide an un-disturbed outlook of the ocean and with their high ceilings and 3 meter high windows and doors, its one of the most desired locations on the South Coast.  I was very fortunate to work with the architect and the builder on the fit-out of this complex.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

The interior is a mixture of exquisite designer furniture pieces, custom made feature walls and European light fittings

Kitsdesign has been involved in the following aspects of this project:

1. Designing the kitchen lay-out and selecting the finishes
2. Flooring throughout the penthouse
3. Selecting all light fittings
4. Selecting floor rugs
5. Selecting the furniture for the living area, 2 bedrooms and study
6. Divider wall at the entrance to create a hallway
7. Timber slat feature wall in the dining room
8. Selecting the linen, towels and kitchen appliances
9. Selecting decor throughout the spaces

Unit 10: Completion February 2019

Some of the furniture arrived today (5.2.2019) and our job is now to focus on the decor to compliment the furniture and to add atmosphere to this beautiful space.

Construction Unit 10 completed in March 2019
