The owners if this secluded 7 acres property at Narrawallee inlet, contacted Kitsdesign to work with them to renovate this 55 years old family home into a luxurious accommodation property. This retreat is situated directly on the lake and beachside, surrounded by spectacular tropical style gardens on the bank of Narrawallee inlet.

Kitsdesign has been in charge of the renovation with the assistance of an amazing local builder to achieve a high-end property that is now ready for guests to enjoy.

Before starting the renovation we had to remove layers of wallpaper in every room of the house and the next step was to remove walls to create a design that was suitable for today’s living standard.

The first step was to find out what the expectations of the owners is and by creating various sample-boards, we created a good indication what style suits the house and the surroundings. After 6 months of renovation with the help of Blucore Constructions this house is transformed into a contemporary oasis that takes your breath away.
