The brief was to renovate this simple 45 years residential brick home  into a home that suited their new lifestyle as a semi retired couple. At present the house only provided a small living area, 3 small bedrooms and a kitchen/laundry

By taken out the garage, the living space became significant bigger and a large studio at the front of the house created a perfect work environment and added a significant new dimension and value to the house.

The same size extension was added to the back of the house to create a large parent retreat.

A new deck in the front and the back of the house, smooth rendering and the use of some interesting  materials, this house transformed into a lovely family home with 3 1/2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

We selected new furniture and decor pieces that suited the style of the house and blend perfectly with the existing furniture of the owners.
